I'm no mad, it's just a bump along the way that's it, Ripple will take over Bitcoin in the near future!

Here is my recommendation. Bite the sour apple, bite the bullet, kick rocks, Take a Hike, Go Away, Buzz Off, Get Lost, Bugger Off, Bug Off, go fly a kite, butt off, shaboosh, go to bed, make yourself scare, go do one, blow off, shoo, take it where he shakes it, go and shite, scadaddle, pound sand, get rekt.

The dude is a crybaby millennial/gen z who wanted to get rich quick and failed so seeks other means to do it so he doesn’t have to work anymore. Complete tool and part of the reason the world is so torn to bits…entitlement issues for the majority of this generation is appalling.

I am pretty sure hiring an lawyer cost more what he lost! Announcing himself that he is dumbest person in the world.

A ruling in his favor would set a precedent, for anyone who has ever lost money in crypto trading to be able to sue. This would collapse the market as we know it. Except BTC, being that there is no one organization to sue. BTC continues to be golden. I'm not lawyer…

if this lawyer is making the power move I think he’s making, he’s smart AF.

The SEC is taking their sweet ass time determining if cryptos in general are securities. Ultimately keeping the balance of certainty in their favor and whoever benefits from them. We all know there’s been a lot of weird shit happening in the crypto space… whale manipulation, the coinmarketcap drop back in Jan/feb at the height of crypto news, governments banning and then all of a sudden unbanning crypto.. etc…

Ripple is the only crypto making headlines next to BTC/ETH and we, as investors need to be certain about its fate Cuz we can seriously change our lives if it grows like bitcoin did..

so, I’m guessing this lawyer is taking matters into his own hands.

When you take someone to court, you have the ability request a speedy trial in criminal cases. I’m not sure if there any lawyers here that can clarify this process but if it’s as straight forward as it is, wouldn’t this technically speed the securities process up and give the decision to a judge vs having to wait on the SEC?

I think he's pissed because everyone keeps shilling the coin and the price remains stagnate. I really don't blame him, especially with all the positive announcements, and other cryptos shattering predictions, including shit coins. It does make a person wonder, if Ripple is so great, why is it performing so poorly???

I've noticed you guys that make these crypto news videos tend to read out loud a whole article and not even provide a link or give the writer/site any credit. If you rather not do that than at least make your own summary and provide a source.

Wierd, I bought in just after this guy. While I don't have as much invested, the process is the same. I have used what I recently learned is the Elliot Wave principle find that here in a previous video

. While I have only made modest gains as far as USD is concerned, technically I can purchase 3Xs the XRP I originally purchased when I first started investing in crypto. Still winning, not whining. This could potentially open the door for all sorts of BS. Maybe I can sue my 401K company for not investing my money correctly.

Let’s say Ripple rises rapidly to $4 we all know anything is possible with crypto’s , where’s this guys stance then . He will be embarrassed and loving XRP again .

Sour and case will prob be dismissed. What does concern me is that Ripple may be selling Xrp from their holding when price goes up. Then in which is driving piece back down. The cycle continues till they dissolve all of Ripples holdings of XRP. What do you think?

A counter suit would be nice. It will make Ryan's court experience more expensive. As he will need a lawyer or represent himself and risk losing the counter suit case.

Bullshit! I bought at the top when ripple was over $3.00 and I'm not suing. This is a situation where the man is very impatient due to the fact that ripple hasn't taking off yet like bitcoin. I'm holding my ripple, I see the beach with a positive bank account, with 3 digits and a lot of zero's. Hang In There "Ripple Investors".
