Mining Monero Post Fork – nVidia & AMD – Wallet, Miner, & Pool Setup, Plus Awesome Miner Update

In this video, I show how to mine Monero for nVidia or AMD GPUs using two different miners for each GPU type. This is a more detailed video that shows how to configure each miner from by creating a custom batch file. Choose which miner gives you the best hashrate. For anyone using Awesome Miner, I offer a few tips for getting up and running with the new algorithm. Happy mining!

    I have two mining setups…
One works fine which is a one card nVidia system as well as using the cpu..adding more cards after they get delivered
The other one is a (3) nVidia card miner (2) 1060 6gb and (1) 1070 as well using the CPU successfully and it refuses to mine monero with the gpu's …

This is the diagnostic error I am getting….

Many thanks for the very detailed great video. Normally Miners used to refer whattomine.com for which coins to mine, But recently I have found one other site https://crypt0.zone/calculator where I found mining profit is higher for that coins which are not at all famous ( I suppose these coins are master node coins like Acroma coin, Stone coin lot more ).Though somewhat little help has been provided on that site for how to configure mining setup but its very confusing. Can you check this site and if found more profitable master node coins then make a video on it how to configure it.. Thanks in Advance..

Great profits on Monero are long gone, that was a few days ago.. But I am glad to see my i7 CPU hashing better than a 1080 and AMD GPU :-O And I'm only on HALF the CPU cores!! I can play GTA in 4k, while it mines Monero on my CPU, and never even know its running.

Since you cannot report an accurate hash rate while recording, is there anyway you can put the profit per card for the coin you cover in your notes?

Hey everyone, the fees on Mining Pool Hub for Monero are VERY HIGH. Min cash out is 0.62 or 0.05 for auto cash out. The fee is 0.12!!! 19-24% fee is not good. It is a flat fee, but you'll need to mine for a long time to make it comparable to other coins.

Thanks for this clear tutorial. I was using XMR-STAK but it was dropping out quite a bit when connected via a VPN. The two alternatives you show, on the other hand, are working fine.

the first miner you shown works but it keeps every thing else on the PC locked up like it is using the CPU too. I have tried to use the second miner but i can down load it like you show with edge but windows defender gets rid of it as soon as it is downloaded I am going to and figure out how to use the one on mining pool hub. I am not the best with seting this up in awesome miner. hoping that you can do a dedicated one on that. you always seem to do a great job
