Mining Benchmark: Sapphire RX470 4GB Mining Edition VS Sapphire Nitro+ RX470 4GB ETH UBQ ZEC XMR

Today i show you the difference between a regular Sapphire RX470 and the Mining Edition version of it, they are both bios modded and it seems that they dont have a lot of difference in common so it may be the bios mod on that does make the difference as we bios modded them both with the same straps…

Long story stort: they are the same but you shouldn't by a mining card because of its lower reselling value 🙂

this Watts are from msi afterburner or from the wall? Also your cards can do much better. I get 28.7 mh/s and 68.8W with 1150/2000 settings and 918 mV. This is with regular gaming card but it is the same model.

I have a 470 4GB and 570 8GB both mining edition, they are quad UEFI (2 little switches in the back) but I don't notice any significant change between the 4 bios, have you tried those?

I have a question because of the powerconsumtion. Because on the website from overclockers.co.uk they said the power is at 128 Watts. How can u just use 78 Watts on Ether mining?

I got two of the mining 8gb 470's and they have NO ports!! No DVI! I'm trying to get them setup but don't have a rig built yet so I have to put one in with my Asus 480. I can not get them to work together… In windows 10 I had to use pixle patcher to get the 480 to show up, but in Claymore and all other miners it only showed the 470 available… I have 2 but can't put them together because they DONT HAVE PORTS… ugh.. Also I did get them to work with simpleminer os, but the eth hash rate was 17 mh…?? I had my 480 and it was doing 30 in windows with claymore but only 19 in simpleminer… Any thoughts? – Thanks for your videos!! They are awesome!
